In Pennsylvania Amish country there is a town named Blue Ball. Another town is Intercourse, and the joke was that if you missed Intercourse, you wound up in Blue Ball,and then Bird in Hand, another real place. But if you didn’t miss it, you got to another real town, Paradise.
