Australia....where everything can kill you.
Except COVID?
Those things will cut you like knife with sharp talons on their feet, they will jump at you and cut you wide open. Some fool in(you guessed it Florida) found out when he tried to keep one. Stay away!
“The cassowary is rightfully considered the most dangerous bird in the world! Each three-toed foot has a dagger-like claw on the inner toe that is up to 4 inches long,” is how the San Diego Zoo’s website describes them. “The cassowary can slice open any predator or potential threat with a single swift kick.
Powerful legs help the cassowary run up to 31 miles per hour through the dense forest underbrush.”
Florida man killed by Cassowary
This particular cassowary is known to keep a pair of derringers tucked under his plumage.
Well said.
The northern cassowarys can’t help out a brotha?
Run Away!!
Those birds are more deadly than most Derringers, probably more accurate too.
Be very wary of the cassowary!
Nick Cassowary?
“Contrary to what most people say,
the most dangerous animal in the world
is not the lion or the tiger or even the elephant.
It’s a shark riding on an elephant’s back,
just trampling and eating everything they see”.
— Deep Thoughts by Jack Handey.
The Loch Ness monster.
Seems like an odd place for a bird like that to be.
Welcome to Australia.
It does say they can’t fly.
Doesn’t say they can’t swim.😆
LiMu Emu would be the most dangerous but he has to insure people and this can’t go around attacking. :D
Lol!
Their floatability seems questionable. :)
