Well, we’ll have to agree to disagree, on that.

My SIL is a special Ed major…and, I don’t believe she has ever used voice overs, on reality, as an optional “teaching” method/explanation, with her students.

They may teach SE best practices, differently, in Indiana colleges, though.

I think “voice overs” qualify as fake news. If they do for the left, which they do, then they do for the right as well.

If Scalise didn’t say it, then it’s not the truth, as much as anyone wants it to be. Keep in mind, though, that my opinion is tainted by logic and reason. I can’t help it - I guess I was born that way lol.
