Kubuntu is the first Linux distro I've run into that has nice, intuitive and non-buggy power management. It's also great about notifications. Previously I used Elementary, but over the years it seems to have become less functional.

I'm running it on a Dell 7040 Micro tower. I've configured LXD containers to run services, and Docker containers for various "tool" purposes (such as Kali, AWS CLI and Hugo). I've also got a Dell 7060 Micro running Proxmox, although I've not yet gotten too far into that. I intend to use that, plus Zero Tier, to extend my Evil Empire around the globe. :)

I begrudgingly have to run MacOS during the normal workday.

Hmm l will have to spin a VM and give it a try. I like playing different OS’s. I have probably run at least a dozen over the years, l even ran OS2 warp for awhile. I know what you mean about Mac OS it is undeniably good but Apple is infested with leftist a-holes
