The military doesn’t get to make that choice. And the draft is never coming back.

If the military can’t solve its recruitment and retention problems, how do you staff the military? National security issue.
People still register for the draft under the Selective Service Act.
Biden will decree it. Congress is only good now for appropriations and impeachment. All other powers have been ceded to the executive branch and agencies including the military since LBJs days.
There would have to be a land invasion of the lower 48 states for the draft to return.
If w3 try to bring back the draft, I support protests against the draft. It's unconstitutional.
