Quite amazing to look at, and lots of money, but I’ll take the farm any day lol. Stunning buildings, though.

I am finding this statement VERY difficult to believe:

“The average water consumption per person per day is about 550 liters.”

Between drinking water and urinating, that city would have had nobody available to build it. I would even find 55 liters a bit of a stretch. Maybe 5.5 would be more like it!

The statistic cited here - 550 liters per person - does NOT refer to the actual quantity of water which passes through each person's lips (i.e., which is drunk).

Rather, it is the total quantity of water consumed (when irrigating golf courses, cleaning streets, filling swimming pools, watering livestock, etc.) divided by the number of inhabitants.
