I suspect New York City was the Dubai of its time. What a shame it has turned into a dem ghetto.

Rudy Giuliani gave New York a life extension by upgrading law enforcement. The city had been on a slippery slope due to 25 years of liberal governance. Mike Bloomberg was smart enough to keep most of Giuliani's policies in place. However, New York has resumed its downward trajectory and appears on its way to becoming as bad as its neighbors south on I-95, Philadelphia and Baltimore.
