I don't think they have the jobs. A look at the photos at the site show a lot of people who haven't been in television or movies for years. This is a chance for them to maybe get seen and hopefully get picked up for a low-budget independent film directed by someone other than Alec Baldwin.
Most of them don't look healthy at all. I don't think they've been doing much except waiting for their return to the spotlight.
