Lol- I’m totally addicted to Luigi’s cherry Italian ice. I don’t normally like lemon anything, but luig’s lemon ice is actuslly quite good and refreshing g on a super hot day.
I usually buy the majority of the cherry Italian ice at the supermarket. I do reluctantly leave other folks a few boxes 😆
I’m going to have to try it. My similar desert item is Talenti Coffee Chocolate Chip Gelato — it is very good.
As a recent immigrant to North Carolina I have been exposed to Cheerwine soda pop which is cherry flavored and I am thinking of things that that it can be combined with like cheery jello. I like dried tart cherries in hot tea when I am feeling deep connections with my Scandinavia heritage.
I have also been partial in my youth to cherry sodas at the soda fountain.
Yep- I’ve always loved cherry sodas. Orange too. Cherry flavored coffee sounds great.
We are going to have to get some Michigan guy to fill us in on the Travis City Cherry Festival and hear how the real addicts consume them.
