Imagine bad guy Smith lays out the “case” and ultimately Trump wins on SCOTUS appeal (hoping acquittal but it is DC).
But assume the case path is indeed sound. Remember the story a few months back that showed emails from Podesta describing how to undermine a Trump win?
Also remember one of the first Q drops specifically mentioning the arrest of Podesta?
Wondering if this case uses the black hats to set the legal table regardless of how much President Trump is allowed to defend himself?
