Alix Talton.
The most masculine female lead in a 50’s giant monster movie ever.
Love the movie, though. The MST3K version’s pretty good, too.

I liked that movie! Certainly better special effects than that horrid THE GIANT CLAW.(Good script, horrid special effects.

Saw it at the Elite theater in Nashville when it came out. Mom loved Sci-Fi movies so I saw them all. That night I grabbed my Mattel grease gun and took it to bed with me.

Well, I have my own copy and the original poster.
When I started watching Peter Gunn reruns a couple yrs ago, it took me a few episodes to remember “where had I seen this guy before?”

I think I saw this movie on Svengoolie.

It was the kind of movie I like, black and white science fiction/horror movie.

Someone said one of the male leads was Mr Lucky, I was thinking it was Peter Gunn, but certainly as a Perry Mason fan I did enjoy seeing Paul Drake in the movie.
