I consume chocolate every day but it is chocolate with no impurities, 100% cacao.I have done it for years and have come to the point where I don’t even like milk chocolate. It is an acquired taste. The first few times it tasted foreign and even a tad bitter but after a bit my perception changed and it is luscious.
The Aztecs and Mayans did too.............
I have a daily mix of matcha, cacoa powder, turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon. Interestingly, today for the first time I added 5g cacoa powder to my biking cold brew, along with whole milk and a little rehydration mix.
