Anyone care to share a favorite chocolate recipe? I’m always on the hunt for a good recipe that’s been tried and true.

One of my faves when dieting is "Triple Chocolate Shake"........the cals are nil.

Blender

diet chocolate popsicle from freezer case,

diet chocolate soda (its there---rummage around the sodas)

couple spoonfuls unsweetened cocoa,

ice cubes

My friend who has to eat gluten free stuff turned me on to a GF fudge brownie mix that is as good or better than regular mixes. It’s probably one of the only things I make from a box. It’s made by Krusteaz. Called Double Chocolate brownie mix. She told me to use olive oil for the oil, and don’t bake for the amount of time they suggest on the package. It helps them be really gooey. I’ve topped with sliced strawberries and whipped cream, and it’s an especially tasty dessert.

We had this once during a visit to Williamsburg many moons ago.

It’s...unspeakably good.
