A lot of people are running around with sub-70 IQs. They have no capacity for coherent thought.

Education here is the pits. Then there’s the unnecessary college degrees too many people have. Do we really need more ‘smart’ people? Look at where we ended up.

That is to say, if he doesn’t understand that his description of “America” is in fact the opposite of the true America, then Joey B has made a low IQ conclusion.
