It seems only natural they would hire a black guy to pose for these targets. Most Caucasian jerks living in this country find pictures of white people racist and offensive.

Um, 2% of the population commit >50% of violent crime. Shooting at a young, black, male target would be appropriate use of defensive training scenarios for citizens.

If cops can use "dont hesitate" targets with pregnant women and kids, we can shoot "Rufus and Cletus".

I was watching an episode of Forensic Files, about a "magazine salesman" who raped, robbed and killed an elderly woman in her home. They were doing cheesy reenactments of the crime, with the perp only being shown from the neck down. The actor was whiter than ABBA.

When they showed the criminal's mugshot after they caught him - Flava Flav.
