It seems to me that Rivera (the actual woman) is the victim here. The man is the one that was in the women’s locker room.

A hate crime charge has since been filed against RiveraAt least the stormtroopers who took part in Kristallnacht didn't later sue the Jewish shopkeepers whose windows they had smashed because they accidentally cut themselves on the glass shards.
