Today I rode to the public beach at Müggelsee lake for the third time this summer. However this is the first time I saw a fish, a very large fish. All times in summers before I saw many small fish. So I guess the really big fish is eating the small fish.

I found these music CDs on a bench. My wife, who was music editor at a magazine, told me that they were from a magazine.

So this is a big collection, from years of collecting. I wonder who put them out on a bench. Seemed they got rained on a little but not bad.

I went to the doctor. I go every 3 months because I have diabetes 2. She said "We (her and the two female nurses) think you are amazing. "
Because my blood sugar number is only 0.1 above normal.

I told her I like to ride my bicycle to Müggelsee and swim in the lake.
My app says I rode 2,800 miles last year and 2,500 miles the year before, with many previous years about the same.

That is what bicycling can do for you... Being told by your doctor that you are amazing. 🚴‍♂️😃✌️
