Sen. Rand Paul to insist on vote to enact REAL spending caps

@RandPaul

There’s nothing conservative about a debt deal that grants unlimited borrowing for two years that experts estimate will likely exceed $4 trillion.

I will insist on an amendment vote to enact REAL spending caps that lead to a balanced budget in 5 years!

The following needs repeating until it sinks in among those that love our beloved country, America.

The GREATEST threat to our life, liberty, well being, and free pursuits is the $3+ Trillion, 80%+ Unconstitutional Portion of our Federal Government which has now become a Third-World Totalitarian Regime.

Either we dismantle it or it will dismantle us and our Free Constitutional Republic.

We know the result. The rats run the Senate and the Rino’s like it that way. There are about 26 House members and a dozen Senators that are worth a damn and that’s it.

I thought that’s what the house does on appropriations bills? The main function of congress......they have not been doing since 2010? No more Ombibus budgets.

I fear the tree of liberty will be watered. The only question is, who will the Military side with.

Rand Paul may well be the strongest conservative candidate for president in 2028.

It might be an interesting result if Rand Paul ran for President again.

It is a pretty safe bet that the military will side with the folks who are paying them. As long as the government can keep the checks coming, that will be the government that the military supports. Anyone in the military who questions any government policy will be quickly removed. That has already happened at the command levels.

Plan accordingly.

Note also that most of the millions of illegal immigrants now in this country are fighting-aged males without families. They will be offered a "path to citizenship" if they enlist in the army. The government needs to make up those military recruitment shortfalls somehow. Lowering standards is how they will do it.

If the illegals don't join the army, many of them will join various criminal organizations. One way or another they will be given weapons, uniforms of a sort, and they will be told that they can take your possessions.

Bottom line: the military will not be our friends. Best we can hope for is that they get bogged down in vicious fights with the Mexican cartels over territorial incursions.

I voted for him in the 2016 MA primary, he had pulled out the week before but his name was still on the ballot, he would make a great president.
