In the last 10 years the democ RATS were touting Natural Gas (NG) as the ‘clean’ energy source. Many municipalities switched their trucks (garbage, delivery, etc) to NG. FedEx created large truck depot hubs using NG. The internal combustion engine runs very well with NG. Many other large and small transportation, delivery entities followed suit.
Then......President Trump let the drillers Drill Baby Drill, and we became the Saudi Arabia of NG. Inexpensive and abundant energy equals more freedom, more opportunities. The DemocRATS despise it all. So, NG is now the boogie man. Places. States like New York refuse to drill NG. There are MASSIVE amounts of NG below NY. With advances in horizontal drilling, perhaps the neighboring States will drill into all the available NG, and more New Yorkers will leave.
I think we need to pay China to mine lithium so we can buy more batteries to store energy produced from fossil fuels.
