I was unaware of the kidney failure - just found out yesterday. It took me quite by surprise. He also has COPD now. Heart: when I met him 5 years ago, he already had stents and 40% heart function. Unless I am mistaken, I believe he's at 30% now.

I was astounded by an offer of a kidney donation made by a FReeQ today. God is good and may He bless those for serving so selflessly. I advised the gifting donor that bagster is not strong enough for the rigors of transplant but will pass along the info because he should know how much he is loved!

I'm not doing that much - he's doing all the heavy lifting. Yes - prayer will be powerful support for him.

On a slightly different note, I had to drive SweetiePalm down to FL for a semi-annual doctor's visit this afternoon. All went very well.

On the way back my mind wandered off as it is want to do. In the process I came up with an idea for a broad reaching religious denomination with the core tenants of serpent handling, marijuana smoking, and betting on card games.

Church services can best be described as a high-snakes poker game.
