The whole public school system needs to be sent back to each state and the Dept of Education shut down.
Each state runs its schools independently of the Dept of Education. Textbooks and curriculum are determined by the state legislatures. The US Dept of Education is not involved in determining curricula or educational standards or establishing schools or colleges.
