What the heck does that mean or have to do with this story? There is no other mention in the story of anything about Uganda and Muslims?
Why can’t these stories be properly written?

He was probably copying and pasting from the article on the website and over copied another article headline on that site. Most of us are good at posting but not editing.
Its a vicious cycle.
"Journalism" majors are already the stupidest people on campus. Print/TV/Cable media are declining rapidly with few jobs, and terrible starting pay. The industry becomes like a stagnant pond that becomes increasingly toxic as it evaporates, thus driving even more viewers and talent away....
Rinse, wash, repeat.
