The $18.99 burger is... overpriced.
You eat it, you die. Heart attack on a bun.
I would not be inclined to buy one.
Too pricy and too filling.
But if somebody gave me one, I would need to disassemble it first.
I will admittedly tell you that I have a big mouth. Ask my family or my coworkers. But I could not (comfortably) fit my mouth around such a burger if built as a sandwich.

Mac cheese and cheese sauce on top of a burger is a real no no.
I love mac and cheese and have developed my own recipe. However, mac and cheese does not belong in my hamburger. It over powers the taste of the beef. In fact, I dislike cheese in my hamburger. On the other hand, I have a relish developed by an aunt that brings out the taste of the beef. If I marketed it, I would be in big money.

It doesn't sound appetizing to me at all. Smothering a burger with cheese, grilled cheese sandwiches, and the more cheese on top? Blcccch! Where's the beef?? I like to taste the meat in a sandwich.

Because it’s true. I can’t believe they sell anything like that and I can’t believe anyone eats it. It’s like the CCP invented it as a bio-weapon.
It is actually 3 burgers and mac’n’cheese with fries. The 3 burgers would be a fit for Trump’s purported me to diet. The fries and mac’n’cheese, perhaps not so much.

Oh. That cheese “sauce”, i.e., slime, looks disgusting.
Everything else looks pretty good. I couldn’t eat it — it’s too much food — but a couple bites could be yummy.
I guess what each candidate orders in now campaign nonsense.
