Was the rush for a "Controlled burn" an effort by Norfolk and our government to destroy the hazardous substance? Was the "hazardous substance" actually a chemical which was illegal to transport? Was it an ingredient for bio weapon engineering?

Besides, did anyone ever report the facts upon WHO EXACTLY authorized the 'burn'? All I've seen are contradictory reports; I admit that I could have missed it.

If you need someone to spoon feed you a narrative then watch the mainstream media.
If you want the readers digest version then perhaps a 2 hour video isn’t for you. In that case develop your own conclusion based on bits and pieces.
Or...begin with the 38 minute mark and then respond back by concluding its not enough information simply because you refuse to educate yourself with a video well beyond that of your attention span.

“What was really in those train cars?”
The entire video is idle speculation, and the substack/guest you failed to quote merely highlights the patently obvious once again: “Environmental crime.”
Many of us KNEW:

Another interesting highlight is at the 144 mark regarding a resident who is being made physically sick (her and her family) by a multi billion dollar paper mill releasing toxic chemicals in the city of Kalamazoo Michigan, and the democrat governor (from the party that champions themselves as environmental protectors) as she rewards this corporation with millions of dollars. And a couple minutes into the 144 mark, she reveals that the manager of the tax program of the Michigan department of health and human services is married to the deputy director of environmental great lakes and energy. Why would somebody who’s in charge of releasing a health report be married to the person who’s in charge of regulating a company who’s poisoning an entire community with toxins that are causing deaths and illnesses high above the average statistics?.

Actually, I have never heard of these YouTube contributors before today. But feel free to “speculate and presume”.
By the time anybody got around to getting any kind of an emergency variance from the EPA that entire side of East Palestine would have been a moonscape of smoking craters, and it would’ve been hailing railcar parts all over town!
Last thing this country needs is a bunch of armchair bozos showing up a month after the fact rehashing every last move that was made and criticizing everything except the inaction that would have dominated the scene if they would have been the ones forced to make the decision under pressure.
