Creating a mammoth meatball is easy. Just use four to five times the meat you would use in a standard meatball.

It would make a good science fiction movie - where everyone who eats it gets a form of wooly-mammoth mad cow disease.

But its highly virulent and adaptive, because human immune systems haven’t seen it in 15,000 years.

Add in a corrupt and arrogant federal government official, some grasping crony-capitalists and an unknown hero biologist from fly-over country trying to save America - and you’d have a great story.

Some of the people reading this post have ancestors who ate REAL mammoth meatballs 10,000 years ago!

Elephants, don’t chew the cud and don’t have a split hoof. Sea creatures that don’t have fins or scales...

Not clean.

Say what you want about Leviticus 11:7... there’s a reason for it.

Worms, trichinosis, biological filters, scavengers. In cultures that live close to nature food precautions like boiling water and eating flesh that is reasonably safe is probably a good practice.

Complex modern societies might argue the point, and I get that. But, there is a reason for it. Dogmatic rejection or misinterpretation is not an acceptable workaround either.

Y’all know how they stimulate the cells to ‘grow’ meat, right?

I never believed that I’d live to see a form of cancer as a delicacy.
