Calling it “Trump’s Plan” is a misnomer. The Plan, going back to the 1950s, long predates Trump, and Trump is just one vessel for those behind the Plan. Jack Kennedy, Ronald Reagan and Ross Perot were also vessels.

Some history for you.

At the end of World War II, George Marshall put his military uniform in the closet, changed to a double-breasted suit, and became Truman’s Secretary of State. The Soviet Politburo spoke with one voice on foreign policy, while we spoke with a Democrat voice and a Republican voice. Marshall understood that we needed a sounding board and debating society for a bipartisan foreign policy consensus behind the scenes that would hand the “current wisdom” to the president for implementation. He didn’t have the means to effect this, but his Deputy Secretary for Latin American Affairs, Nelson Rockefeller, did.

Rockefeller had been recruited in 1939 by Henry Stimson, who believed that the nation should be governed by men from the right families who went to the right Ivy League schools and were members of the right gentlemen’s clubs. This was an early version of the Deep State. Stimson sent him to Sumner Welles at the State Department. Nelson spoke Spanish like a South American thanks to his involvement with his family’s oil interests in Venezuela. He knew the movers and shakers of the continent. With war on the horizon, it was understood that we needed to get Latin America on our side lest Hitler and Mussolini get there first. Nelson came up with the Good Neighbor Policy, where we treated our neighbors as equals rather than as vassals. Juan Peron’s neutrality in the war was a byproduct of his work.

Nelson and his brother David at Chase Manhattan Bank put $250 million into the Council on Foreign Relations, turning it from a moribund organization into the entity that George Marshall wanted. Seats on the boards of directors of companies, endowed chairs at universities, and partnerships at international law firms were funded and set aside for those who were members of the party out of power. When the presidency changed hands, experts from the departing party would head for these positions, and those from the new party in power would leave these positions for government.

There was a lot of prestige attached to getting a call from Nelson if you were a Republican, or David if you were a Democrat, to join the Council. The two men reached outside the usual channels to recruit businessmen, clergy and labor leaders. The Marshall Plan was a product of this arrangement. This bipartisan foreign policy consensus worked well until Vietnam tore it apart.

As the Cold War progressed, the Foreign Policy Community saw it as a way to freeze the world into “the Long Peace.” As American capitalism and Soviet communism moved toward each other, a hybrid form would emerge. Tony Blair called it “the third way,” and economist Robert Heilbroner called it “government capitalism.” By the late 22nd Century, the UN could merge the US and Soviet Union as part of the creation of a one-world government.

This was hardly a secret. By 1963 the idea was being bruited about in public with Drew Pearson, on his weekly radio program, stating it as something inevitable.

But there were people outside the Foreign Policy Community who realized this was nothing more than an attempt to establish global banking fascism and a return to feudalism. There would be wealthy lords and a lot of serfs, but not much in the way of a middle class.

The Plan was first developed as a means to prevent this, and Joe Kennedy was one of the earliest on board. Joe had looked with disfavor on FDR’s nationalization of gold. He would have liked to become president himself, but his inability to keep his mouth shut while ambassador to the UK finished off his political career. FDR did not suffer fools gladly. Joe put his hopes in his eldest son, Joe Jr., but the younger Joe died in the war. He then put his hopes on Jack.

Jack’s health was poor, he was already developing a reliance on drugs, but he loved the arena of politics and got himself elected to the House. Instead of auditioning for Speaker Sam Rayburn’s “board of education,” Jack bedded every woman in his path. When elected to the Senate, instead of studying Lyndon Johnson, “the master of the Senate,” Jack bedded every woman in his path. He was woefully unprepared for the presidency when Joe managed to steal an election for him.

Jack botched the Bay of Pigs affair, got dressed down by Krushchev in Vienna, and messed up the Cuban Missile Crisis. The missile affair should have been handled behind the scenes so that neither party would publicly lose face, something no great power wants. By going public, Jack upped the ante to the point where he and Krushchev endangered the entire Northern Hemisphere with nuclear war. By 1963 the American Deep State decided that Kennedy was a liability, and the Soviet Deep State made the same decision about Krushchev. Both men were removed.

Kennedy’s mission, handed to him by the men behind the Plan, was to forge a detente with the Soviets that would permit the demilitarization of Europe and the end of NATO, the Warsaw Pact and the Cold War. Jack never even got that one to first base. He was a failed vessel.

Ronald Reagan’s 1964 speech for Goldwater brought him to the attention of the men behind the Plan. They backed his political career

One of the men behind the Plan was William Casey, who for years manned the Eastern Europe desk at CIA. Stansfield Turner, Jimmy Carter’s CIA Director, fired Casey and others in the famous Halloween Massacre in 1977 because Carter wanted no more Cold Warriors on his watch. Casey landed on his feet, got a job as head of Security at TRW in Torrance (CA) and founded the Committee for the Present Danger, a PAC dedicated to getting Reagan elected president. It was Casey who educated Reagan to the golden opportunity ahead.

Nixon, Ford and Carter had implemented detente after Vietnam, only to find Soviet troops and their Cuban surrogates deployed all over the world. Thanks for his diligence and perspicacity, Casey understood that the Soviet economy was a basket case supported by American grain shipments. He argued that the Soviet system was so sclerotic that it wouldn’t be able to respond to an American military buildup. The Soviets could then be pressured into choosing a “westernizing czar,” and that would be a game changer. Casey didn’t live long enough to see the collapse of the Soviet Union when Gorbachev, the westernizing czar, couldn’t hold the mess together. Reagan was successful far beyond the hopes of the men behind the Plan.

With the Cold War over, the Foreign Policy Community’s own plan was dead. It then bruited the idea that the UN should be beefed up to become the global consolidator. The neocons at the Military Industrial Complex came up with the idea that the US should be the global consolidator. In the power vacuum that ended the Cold War, the men behind the Plan created the Reform Party and Ross Perot as a force they called “the party of the Radical Middle.” It was a nice idea but doomed to failure. Perot was a failed vessel.

The attacks of September 11 gave the neocons the excuse they needed to remake the map of the Middle East and thus move ahead on their plan for American global consolidation. Unfortunately for them, it ended up failing in the sands of the desert.

In the political chaos that followed, the men behind the Plan turned to Donald Trump. The idea was still to create a party of the Radical Middle but via a hostile takeover of the Republican Party. Trump found the establishment of his party working with the opposition to defeat him and then to tie him in knots when, against all expectations, he won. To stop him, they had to steal a presidential election, and to stop his “deplorables” they had to steal a congressional election.

Trump was a successful vessel in spite of everything arrayed against him, which scared the hell out of the Foreign Policy Community and the Military Industrial Complex. Like Andrew Jackson and Ronald Reagan, he was a voice for the voiceless and had to be stopped. Trump has the Mainstream Media against him, prosecutors using lawfare against him, and the establishment of his own party working against him.

My point is this. Trump is a vessel for the men behind the Plan who wish to reestablish the Constitution and bring back the Republic of the Framers. If he succeeds, all will be well. If he fails, the men behind the Plan will find another vessel.

A childlike faith in the Plan is a detriment to intelligent analysis. One thing William Casey understood is that filtering your intelligence through a single prism is a recipe for failure. At CIA, Casey created the “B Team” whose mission was to filter the same intelligence through a different prism. Once the intelligence received two different interpretations, a good analyst could figure out what the intelligence really meant.

Armstrong often dislikes what his program, Socrates, tells him. But so far, the program, which analyzes the cycles of capital flows and interest rates using the number pi (3.1416 ad infinitum), has been on target.

All Armstrong has done with Socrates is quantify the work of the economist James Dale Davidson. His books, Blood in the Streets, The Great Reckoning, and The Sovereign Individual, are not easy to read. You have to read every paragraph of Davidson at least five times to distill the juice. (His anecdotes, however, are easy to comprehend.) Davidson argues that capital flows determine history, and he calls these historical events “megapolitical.” From this he even established a megapolitical background for the Reformation.

Socrates provides a “B Team” for the evaluation of intelligence. Let’s not condemn the messenger and those who wish to use his prism for evaluation. From more than one prism we may be able to figure out what is happening behind the curtain.

The ‘messenger’ is trolling the Q thread and has done so for some time.

We’re information war. She says we’re just wasting time ‘typing’ and that we won’t ‘lumber down’ to polling stations.

She ssays Americans won’t ‘volunteer’, on a thread full of volunteers going on 5 years now.

One black pill after another. Black pilling is not a strategy for success, it’s what Trolls use to flatten resistance to our enemies.

Trump says Americans are Great. She counters with articles and reasoning why we aren’t.

The Q thread was to teach people to investigate for themselves. She posts content with Zero sauce and says it explains why there is no plan, and that it was all just coincidence. We’re just to follow what someone’s blind AI tells us is going to happen, and by the way, Socrates says, as Rita says, there’s nothing we can do, it’s too late.

That’s against ALL of Trump and Q’s messaging. Everything we do here, she refutes and ridicules. Now using Armstrong - the guy with the blind AI.

Socrates is only as ‘honest’ as its programming, but we just have to close our eyes and hope it’s not Deep State, in addition to be unaware of what’s going on. HINT: It’s not the neocons and it didn’t start in 2020. That’s just to help Armstrong get started.

“A childlike faith in the Plan is a detriment to intelligent analysis.”

Let me correct this statement:

A childlike faith in the computer program of a felon is a detriment to intelligent analysis.

PS - it also doesn’t help if a person thinks they the smartest person in the room and everyone else is a dolt.
