You said that they needed to pay enough for people who committed to show up to actually show up.
You obviously believe that they aren’t paying enough for people to follow through on their commitments, but you won’t say how much that should be and you don’t even know how much they are paying, but you know they are not paying enough.

It is up to the employer to figure out how much money they need to pay to get the type of employees they need
