I love eggs and I love chocolate... not sure about the two together. My mom used to watch ‘The Galloping Gourmet’ back in the late 60s and he often made soufflés and she copied from his recipes, including this one. I seem to recall liking it at the time. Soufflés are tricky... I think half of my mom’s flopped.
