How do you serve somebody that much booze? I think the article was poorly written. From the article: "Eight doubles, 16 single shots, is more than anybody should have in a three-hour period. Maybe even at all,' Lake Worth Police Chief J.T. Manoushagian said." It appears that there were eight drinks, comprising a total of 16 shots, rather than eight drinks plus 16 shots. Still way too much, obviously.

I've had close to the corrected amount (many years ago) and my stomach still turns at the memory. I was wondering how someone even survived double that amount. I can stop wondering.
