1) I think the vaccine is definitely killing people.
2) I think some people do not want to admit that the vaccine is killing people.
3) Dredging up old stories of people dying suddenly of simple, known causes is a way to “trick” people into jumping on some sort of bandwagon shouting “Vaccine! Vaccine!” and looking foolish because, as you say, in 2020 it probably wasn’t the vaccine.
So, there are two strategies here:

2) Are you so stupid that you will even blame THIS one on the vaccine??? Boy, you anti-vaxxers are as stupid than I thought!
