You can’t fix stupid!
Wet cement consists largely of calcium hydroxide and has a PH of 12. Encasing any part of the body in wet cement will cause severe burns.
On the other foot, they “could” coat their feet and hands with oil BEFORE sticking them in wet cement so the drying cement would not adhere to the exposed flesh ... Even dry cement powder causes skin irritations.
But that would require oil and (gasp) petrochemicals! And soap to clean up the wasted mess they have caused in the name of their goddess of Gaia and death.
