A lot of “homeless” people migrate to Florida (especially in the winter) due to weather. I’m not saying he did, just that a lot do. So, yes, there are a lot of mentally challenged people in that group.

Add in perps on the run from the north tend to head south.
We saw it in San Diego and now we see it in Florida.
Ladies, be careful down South. Its where the bad guys run.
