How do you “slaughter” millions/billions of mealworms?
Scoop them up, feed them into a crusher, muu-ha-ha-ha, bam! bug paste!
I think it might be that mealworms could be halal but not kosher?

I am not sure what would qualify as cruelty-free mealworm slaughter.
Really big blenders. They will eventually mix the bug meal with silent green.
A little bitty captive bolt pistol. Its precision work, but the worm doesn’t even know its coming so you avoid the adrenaline rush.
Adrenaline makes the worm gamey.
