One of the most enduring attacks against conservatives today is the Leftist belief that those of us who support Trump are as EVIL as he is. Even if they have to twist his words and lie to “prove” that he is evil.
Therefore, those who support him must be not only opposed but silenced from all political discourse and perhaps even punished.

Free speech is too important to be thrown away by people like you and them.
There’s no way that support for Ukraine in itself is evil. Many people recognize that Russia today is still a dictatorship as it was in the Soviet days. Others believe Ukraine is totally corrupt and shouldn’t be propped up. I believed both statements to be true.
Russia should stop making war on Ukraine. This war is killing too many Ukrainians AND Russian men to no good end. The tactics of the Russians do not reflect the demographic catastrophe they have looming up before them.
Statistically, 1 child per family since the early 1990s means today’s young men’s deaths in frontal assault battles will be end of the line for thousands of ancient Russian lineages.
This war and part of the world is VERY complex. You have your opinion locked down, but others disagree or might see much more nuance.
State YOUR case, but don’t try to stop others from advocating their own thoughts.

Obviously, the Ukraine war is an important topic to many FReepers. There will be both pro-Ukraine and pro-Russia posting and threads quite often. We don’t need to litter these up with garbage language and personal attacks.
