I’m not defending the guy, but this is what happens when people let their animals roam. Nobody appreciates cat crap in their flower bed or dog crap on their lawn.

I wish someone would poison my family's cats with antifreeze.
I keep leaving them outside at night hoping the coyotes would eat them but they keep coming back in the morning.
I really want to tell my kids about the wondrous place known as "kitty heaven."

Unless he confesses, very circumstantial evidence.

By buddy's dad growing up used to trap stray cats in a cage with a can of tuna and then chuck the cage into a trashcan full of water.
He wasn't a psycho.
Stray cats were a serious nuisance in the neighborhood.

When my now 25 year old grand daughter was 8 years old, she accidently stepped on her kitten killing it. She refuses to have any kind of pet since that happened. The trauma from that unfortunate accident left its mark.
