Apple is going to suffer eventually. Their product innovation died with Steve Jobs. iPhone 25 and iPad gen12 will only go so far. Someone will innovate them into a death spiral. Just my opinion.

The problem is really with all mobile devices. There isn’t a whole lot left to improve. The latest things like folding screens are kind of pointless.

I suspect something will merge watches, with phones.

They are already there, basically.

I suspect that is the next step. Probably (very) quickly.

The business model sans Jobs seems to be to make you pay for features that used to be standard. Certainly no innovation.

I had to get a new phone last year, it is probably the worst camera I have had since the iPhone 3. My son told ime it was well known that the camera sucked on the "basic" phone ($1000 or whatever it was). If you wanted a good camera you can to get the "pro" version or whatever the better version is.
