Your link isn’t a link…
Good morning.
You beat me…
That link is valid.
I might have missed it, but was the guy drinking booze and packing in a bar?
My bad, sorry for any inconvenience.
Nah, you’re good. Mistakes happen.
They were outside on the sidewalk.
I can only assume the shooter was sober....surely they did a blood test to see if he was impared.
Under the influence and using a firearm in Florida is expressly forbid......that I DO remember from CCW class.
I’m sure it depends on what state, but I thought one cannot pack heat in an establishment that serves booze.
How do you get in a bar fight before drinking?… :)
He made a christian out of him. I hope all seven shots hit him. He wwent from.”Wild Bill” to “Sweet William “ right quick. I would have liked for his buddy to have gotten a piece of the action.
Just don’t make any more mistakes for the rest of the year.
“How do you get in a bar fight before drinking?… :)”
In my experience, only one participant has to have been drinking to get the fight started.
True. I don’t drink or go to bars anymore.
It seems to resolve many issues…
In Colorado, that is within the law. (notwithstanding sign postings)
Another thing I remember is your not supposed to even carry in a restaurant that serves alcohol...even just beer and wine.
Being out on the sidewalk was the saving factor for this guy I suspect.
As far as getting into a bar fight while sober......along with a sucker being born every minute, it’s been my studied opinion that there is also a drunk redneck bully looking for a fight born on a regular basis as well.
There’s a fair share of those outside St. Augustine proper.....sooner or later a few are gonna leak in looking for trouble. 😏
See the post 17. I think it’s not allowed in FL.
Been a year and a half this guy has probably been on pins and needles not knowing if he was going to prison or not.
I imagine that took a toll mentally......it certainly would have on me.
This is kind of a gray area considering many bars are adjacent to the dining room.
But in a straight up bar is a no-no.
“Under Florida Law, a person is not allowed to carry firearms inside an establishment whose main purpose is to sell alcohol.”
For example, if you go into a restaurant with a bar you cannot carry a firearm in the bar area, only the dining area.
