Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis set the lockdown-loving left on its heels Tuesday when he petitioned for a grand jury investigation of “crimes and wrongdoing committed against Floridians related to the COVID-19 vaccine” AND effectively circumvented the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in creating a state board to “assess” federal health recommendations and guidance.
“In Florida, you know, it is against the law to mislead and misrepresent when you talk about the efficacy of the drug,” DeSantis said. “So today, I am announcing a petition with the Supreme Court of Florida to impanel a statewide grand jury to investigate any and all wrongdoing in Florida with respect to COVID-19 vaccines.”
“Our CDC, at this point, anything they put out, you just assume, at this point, that it’s not worth the paper that it’s printed on. It’s not serving a useful function. It’s really serving to advance narratives,” DeSantis said at the roundtable, his distrust of the largely politicized CDC on full display.

Seems to me that the communistic tyrants have become expert at that technique.
It's more than anyone else is doing.
At any rate, these pharma giants should embrace these investigations. They'll be able to use the findings down the road when the massive wave of class-action lawsuits start appearing from men with heart problems who were forced to take vaccines as young boys in order to go to school, play sports, or otherwise participate in civic life.
Because these investigations will clear the pharma giants of all wrongdoing, right?

I know he’s a Harvard/Yale attorney, but he doesn’t seem to understand how a state grand jury operates.
A grand jury doesn’t ad has no power to INVESTIGATE anything.
That is the job of PROSECUTORS.
Evidence, discovered during an investigation, is presented to a Grand Jury. Their job is to consider the evidence.
Once again: A Grand Jury has no investigative function.

NUMEROUS investigations have already been done, and mountains of evidence has been thoroughly documented that PROVE the malfeasance of THE DEEP STATE CONTROLLED CDC.

That is exactly what DeSantis has petitiond for.
