These people are stupid.
The U.S. Constitution bans this action, know as a “Bill of Attainder” not once, but TWICE, in Article I Section 9, and then again in Section 10. It is to prevent the Congress from singling out an individual or group and punishing them without a trial (i.e. a Judiciary action, NOT legislative).
This was a practice of the English monarchy that the Americans really hated. That’s why they permanently outlawed it.

We need a big tipping point of citizen activism to make this work.
To make that happen, we need enough citizens awake in each country and committed to ACTION at the local level.
That's why the Q movement, the Q team itself said from the earliest posts this was all about creating a military intelligence/civilian alliance.
And it's been working great, but not fast enough for many people.
