Any attempt to reverse the mail-in ballot rules would be overturned by activist judges.

So don’t try?

And that also depends on a court case out of North Carolina.

If SCOTUS sides with NC Republicans, activist judges won’t be able to overturn laws passed by the legislature.

The use of ballot harvesting is a direct assault on the value of participating in a democratic republic. Every political philosopher that ever argued for democratic societies also contended that direct participation of a voting individual in the process was an obligation of citizenship.

By sending out ballots to people who didn’t volunteer to participate, just so their ballot can be harvested from them by paid partisans undermines to legitimacy and significance of one-person-one-vote. Universal mailing of unsolicited ballots that can be harvested by partisans is unjust, immoral, and subverts the letter and spirit of the Constitution.
