The elites must be made to experience the consequences of their whimsical policies.Be assured that super wealthy elites have bug out plans that will take them to "safe havens". I believe many Americans hold dual citizenship so if the SHTF against them - they can legally move to and live in another country.
Before private jets, it would have been difficult for the elites of a nation to evade the wrath of those they hurt. E.g. French & Russian revolutions, where elites paid with their blood and lost their fortunes.

I have Filipino relatives in the UK who are nurses and caregivers, taking care of elderly Brits.
They are not diluting the precious blood of the bigots there.
Indeed, everything he says was written against the Irish, the jews, and the Eastern Europeans who immigrated to the UK.
