I’m aware of that. However, if it had been anyone but Paul Pelosi, that would be the charge (if even that). Some people are more equal than others. Daily we see charges that are reduced or dismissed, even for very violent repeat criminals. However, if you dare cause harm (even embarrassment) to a democrat, you will pay a price. A price that would not be required should you have caused harm to a “lessor” being. A nation that has unequal applications of justice is no longer a free nation.
Sure. If a sicko broke into, say, Mar-a-Lago intending to kidnap Melania and she was gone, so he tried to Kill President Trump, then it would be just a simple battery charge.
