VICTOR JOECKS: Clark County accepted my signature on 6 mail ballot envelopes
Las Vegas Review-Journal ^ | 11 Nov, 2022 | Victor Joecks

The delay in counting votes isn’t the only concerning thing about Nevada’s elections. Clark County officials accepted my signature on six mail-ballot return envelopes.

For the past two elections, Nevada sent mail ballots to all registered voters, unless they opted out. That means around 1.8 million ballots went out. Well more than 1 million won’t be returned. Previously, a voter could request an absentee ballot for any reason. That’s more secure because ballots went only to those wanting to vote by mail.

With that many ballots floating around, there are obvious security concerns — it’s much easier to get ahold of someone else’s ballot. Someone could vote for their spouse or child who doesn’t care about politics, but was automatically registered at the DMV. In apartment complexes, ballots of previous residents have ended up in the trash. A postal worker could pocket ballots. There’s not exactly an airtight chain of custody.

SNIP

As I did two years ago, I tested that theory this election. I had 11 people send me a picture of their ballot envelope. I then wrote their name in my handwriting. Each voter than copied my version of their signature onto their ballot return envelope. They sent me a picture to ensure it wasn’t their normal handwriting. This simulated signing someone else’s ballot.

It’s also legal because each voter signed his or her own ballot.

If signature verification worked, all 11 of those ballots should have been set aside for mismatched signatures. Instead, six were accepted. That’s a greater than 50 percent chance of being accepted. When I did this experiment in 2020 with nine voters, eight had their ballots accepted. That was an almost 90 percent acceptance rate.

A good argument for in-person voting with photo ID.

Joecks proves the Clark County voting system is a joke.

This is not incompetence. It is by design, motivated by corruption.

Obviously an election challenge must be filed in which Republicans demand a signature match check.

I figured that this time we would be allowed to do a little winning to make it look good but that the democrats would rig enough votes to keep the House and Senate.

Voting is America has become a joke. Yes we need to fix it, but we can’t because the cheaters are in control and we have run out of time.

We have run out of time. I said it again.

Doesn’t seem like the cheaters are to concerned about cheating?

I am not aware of a national effort to design a “perfect” election process. Plenty of people talk about good ideas (Photo ID being perhaps the most obvious) but I’d like to see “10 Things We Ought To Be Doing To Fix This”.

And then I’d like to see politicians argue about why having honest elections would be a bad idea.

Really: The GOP (or perhaps Trump) should be doing this: 10 easy things that we could do that would change everything. Tell me why we can’t. Florida did it.

We are not out of time for civil disobedience.

The point of stealing elections is to pass laws and implement regulations - which can now be ignored as illegitimate.

To paraphrase Andrew Jackson: “The Democrats have stolen their election - now let them govern the ungovernable.”

There is only one way that Voting in this country will have any meaning and I don’t see that happening.

“ A good argument for in-person voting with photo ID.”

The Dems are stealing the house in front of the world. They’re handing our government over. They gave away bagram. They’re laundering money in Eurasia they’ll shut down free speech. Take over schools. Bring abortion back. Crank open the border and never let us vote again

In person voting with photo ID?

What?

MOTOR VOTER. Step 1: When you get your license you get registered. Step 2 get as many non citizens a drivers license as possible.

This is a perfect example of the long term planning that tyrants rely on. Motor Voter was passed in 1993 under the guise of making it easier to vote. Which it did.

Florida is one State. The cheaters are never going to cooperate in fixing laws where they can’t cheat.

Neres a thought too

It 37 years since I first applied for a voting card in TN ...

I dont even remember what my signature looked like back then ...

But when I sign on the line to vote now, my signature is accepted ...

The cheaters have created a system that will be difficult to undo.

People have grown to like mail-in voting.

So the cheaters have expanded the process by sending ballots to every person on their corrupt voter registration list.

I would bet the probability of such a signature being accepted is dependent upon what candidates the person voted for.

They also intend to prevent MAGA Republicans from winning and voting to replace RINO Congressional McLeadership. It may work in the Senate, but that's less likely to work in the House.

FR Lawyers:

Is their ANYTHING that can be done in court about this? Are voters playing by the rules being disenfranchised?

Democrats love chaos. They will be quite happy to lead our country downward, so long as they can grift and they are in control.

Vote early and often.

It’s been a saying among dems since the early obama days. They do it in mass numbers in every place where it’s possible. My son and I were taking a free Python programming course online several years ago with U of Michigan and the gay sounding instructor made an “early and often” joke and chuckled.

I would say it’s millions of dems who vote early and often.
