I have honestly never heard of such a thing.
Had a couple of classes with demo stuff and the only holders that we used were the M8 and M9 shock tube holders.

The only “BB18 Fuse” that I can find on-line is used for a busbar https://nationalfuse.com/shop/busbar-terminal/
