Not enough. Many people have it taken out automatically, a lot of people don’t pay any at all, and unless it was a vast majority all agreeing, people would be afraid to do it. Business owners etc. There is no one thing or multiple things regular citizens can do to get rid of the criminal fiends other than vote them out; and many cannot be voted out - aren’t in office, are in hired/appointed positions, etc. Only law enforcement/military can do the job.
