The Seal was used outside in Florida when Biden and DeSantis spoke about Hurricane Ian. Although it was nice to see DeSantis behind that lectern with the Seal.

Pres. Obama had said they wouldn’t use the seal at campaign events - then changed his mind.

maybe Pres. Biden said the same thing about not using the seal, tho I haven’t been able to find anything on it.
