This would end any Constitution. These people will operate outside what we think is lawful and will create situations allowing them to do just that.

The Constitution is essentially dead today.
1). Affirmative action and government facilitated discrimination on the basis of race, religion, and gender has erased the concept of equal treatment under the law.
2). There is a two tier justice system today where the elites (government bureaucrats and politicians, extremely wealthy people, law enforcement officials, and journalists) are immune from laws enforced with a heavy hand against most citizens.
3). Property rights were evicerated by the Kelo decision.
4). Due process protections have been essentially done away with. Right to speedy trial is a joke. Government agencies spy on citizens without warrants with no repercussions. Swat teams invade homes in the middle of the night to arrest citizens and political opponents who pose no threat. Attorney/client privilege protections are gone.
5). Congress has completely abdicated its budget responsibility and oversight of the executive and judicial branches.
6). Judges have become black robed tyrants interpreting laws according to personal whims, striking down laws they don’t like, imprisoning citizens without bail.
7). Government bureaucracies can seize assets without due process.
8). States rights are routinely usurped by federal judges and the bureaucracy.
9). Since WWII the nation has been involved in a series of undeclared wars and military conflicts. The executive branch completely ignores the requirement in the Constitution that Congress declare wars.
10). Government bureaucrats intrude in every dimension of citizens lives.
11). The federal government is facilitating the invasion of our nation, across the southern border, to the tune of 3 million illegal immigrants per year. It is resettling those migrants across the nation imposing significant costs on the taxpayers in the communities where the migrants are settled. The government has essentially abandoned its mandate to protect the citizens of the country.
Nothing. The time to prevent this NWO has past. We are in the final stages of that union. Yes, the Constitution will be discarded. If you have been keeping up with events, you full well that the Constitution has already been discarded. When was the last time our Representatives actually represented us? The rule us. They don't represent us. We have been electing our dictators for some time now.
