damn....its the sugar and carbs...my favorite things....

been trying to do keto and I can honestly say I've not had pasta, potatoes, or rice nor juice nor cereal since the middle of July....I fudged on bread 2-3 times and some wedding cookies and cake, but otherwise, not much sweet stuff....

by Blood sugar definately better and I have lost a few pounds but it doesn't melt off like they all claim.

Add in intermittent fasting, eating in an eight hour window.

You should generally always feel like you are not hungry when the lower carb approach is working well.
