been trying to do keto and I can honestly say I've not had pasta, potatoes, or rice nor juice nor cereal since the middle of July....I fudged on bread 2-3 times and some wedding cookies and cake, but otherwise, not much sweet stuff....
by Blood sugar definately better and I have lost a few pounds but it doesn't melt off like they all claim.
You should generally always feel like you are not hungry when the lower carb approach is working well.
