I have a Ruger 10-22. I put a 10-32 Simmons sight on it. It was very accurate out to 100 yds. I suppose it could be a sniper rifle because it is so quiet. However if I was a sniper, I would want to be as far as away from the target as I could get.

I don’t know why Ruger makes it so hard to field strip the 10-22. In my opinion, it is much easier to clean an AR-15
yup, CB-rounds are damn quiet
by design i’m sure, same-same not being able to just rack the bolt
but nothing a dremel tool can’t fix...
