"Love Like the Galaxy" tells the story of a 15 year old girl, Cheng Shaoshang, who feels unloved and finds a first, innocent love with a gentle playmate, Lou Yao, who has just escaped an engagement to a controlling bitch. Yao immediately pursues Shaoshang, but the death in battle of the bitch's grandfather causes the emperor to order the boy to marry his previous fiance. Shaoshang can still escape her family with a new engagement to the emperor's foster son, Ling Buyi, who had fallen in love with her at first sight.
